Finding Our Missing Piece
Almost five years ago, I had a very strong feeling that we had a son we needed to adopt, and within a very short period of time our amazing J came into our lives. He is truly a miracle to us. The adoption process is one we do not take lightly, the absolute gift of placing your child into someone else's arms forever is something that I cannot begin to understand. Our gratitude to our brith-moms is beyond what we can express. And once we had our J, we felt that we were done building our family, I mean, we had three beautiful girls and now one beautiful son. Our family was complete. Or so we thought. Have you ever had a feeling that seemed to pierce you to your very core, a feeling that you know you can't ignore, as it burned inside you and consumed your every thought? Well, I did.
